We will have a discussion about what you hope to achieve in your hypnotherapy session and look at the methods that we will use before we begin.

During your session you will...

  • Be lead into a relaxed state.

  • Agreed methods will help towards reaching your goals - for example, eliminating a certain habit.

  • Gradually be brought out of the trance.

​

Please note that you are fully in control when under hypnosis and do not have to take to the suggestions made. If nessesery you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.
