hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. Have you every been driving from A - B and when arrived at destination wondered how you got there? or perhaps been so engrossed in a film that you feel the emotion of the character you are watching? These are both states of hypnosis.

After using Hypnotherapy on my own mindful journey, I decided that it would really benefit others, so I decided to learn the background and use of hypnotherapy . It is an amazing tool for clearing the mind and works really well on its own or along side Life Coaching.
